I’ve recently updated the book with more content and photographs. Update your copies to check out all the new content.
Once I find the digital copies of the atopic dermatitis pictures that I took to show to my dermatologist I will post an update here including them.
I figure that everyone would be pretty shocked at the improvement of my skin now versus when I was having one of my atopic dermatitis flare-ups.
I’m also thinking about adding them to a section of the book with maybe some of your photographs that I’ve received. If you would like to be included in a future revision, shoot me an email with your photos of your atopic dermatitis rashes and, ideally, a recent one after treatment.

I want to take a moment to welcome you to my site.
I’m a life long sufferer of atopic dermatitis.
Like probably many of you, I tried self-medicating my condition. I went through a few doctors to no avail before I paid out of pocket to go to an actual dermatologist to identify my condition. I knew what I had, but wasn’t offered any cures.
After months of trial and error I found a system, more of a regimen, that cleared up my skin and was entirely manageable. Since then, I haven’t been on any medication and haven’t had an outbreak in over two years.
I was so happy to have found a solution that finally worked for me, that I spent weeks writing a book detailing my regimen.
